YEREVAN. – New acting spokesperson for Azerbaijani propaganda is showing off hoping to become the head of Azerbaijani MFA's press office, representatives of Armenian MFA Tigran Balayan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

His comments came in response to a statement by acting head of Azerbaijani MFA press service Hikmet Gadjiyev who said there is “military dicattorship” in Armenia.

According to Tigran Balayan, amid sharp strengthening of the foundations of a totalitarian regime in Azerbaijan and the tightening of criticism from the international community, as well as calls for sanctions against official Baku, Azerbaijani representative is actively trying to show off.

Most likley, the more nonsence he says, the sooner he will be appointed to the post, and now he is trying to do his best, Tigran Balayan added.

Azerbaijan has recently faced an increased flow of criticism in connection with the persecution of human rights activists and dissidents.
