YEREVAN. – The court of Yerevan's Center and Nork Marash districts on Friday ordered arrest of Armenian mob boss Andranik Soghoyan, aka Zap.

Soghoyan will remain in custody for 30 days, and the petition on his arrest has been filed by Prosecutor General's office, spokesperson for the Prosecutor General Kristine Melkonyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. The criminal has been taken to Nubarashen penitentiary.

In February 2013 the High Court in Prague upheld a 22-year prison sentence in absence for Armenian mob boss Andranik Soghoyan. He was sentenced to 22 years in jail. On October 30, 2014 Soghoyan was detained in the center of Yerevan.
