The treaty on Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Union has been submitted for the ratification of Russian president, Russian government's website reported.

The law on ratification of the treaty on Armenia's accession has been submitted by Russian Foreign Ministry and Economic Development Ministry.

The treaty will provide Armenia's participation in the Union from January 2, 2015 and will allow starting the process of reducing exceptions and limitations, including barriers, mutual access of businesses to the markets of Eurasian Union member states.
