On Tuesday, and at the initiative of the Swiss side, a telephonic conversation was held between the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Edward Nalbandian, and the President of Switzerland and Head of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Didier Burkhalter, who is also the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

The interlocutors discussed several matters with respect to the agenda of the forthcoming OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, which is slated for December 4 and 5 in Basel, Switzerland.
