YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev on Kazakhtan's Independence Day.

On this day in 1991, country’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Constitutional Law on State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
