YEREVAN. – The video of torturing Armenian captive Hakob Injighulyan was shown at the Ombudsman's office.
The video was taken from the saboteurs who illegally infiltrated into the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh and was handed over to Ombudsman's Office by Armenia's Defense Ministry.
The screening was attended by representatives of the diplomatic mission of UK, Germnay, France as well as OSCE, Council of Europe and UN.
