YEREVAN. – EU always supported and continues to support peaceful and lasting peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict based on existing format of negotiations, EU Ambassador Traian Hristea said.
He recalled that the Union has already provided support through Instrument for Stability by funding programs targeted at establishing dialogue and carried out with the participation of representatives of civil society, not only in Armenia and Azerbaijan, but Nagorno-Karabakh.
The head of EU delegation added that the second phase of the program is underway.
