Former U.S. congressman is negotiating employment with an Azerbaijani lobby group in Washington.
U.S. Representative Jim Moran (Democrat-Virginia) is negotiating employment with the Assembly of Friends of Azerbaijan (AFAZ), RFE/RL reported quoting a report by the Sunlight Foundation.
