The CSTO leaders expressed concern about the threat of using information and communication technologies to interfere into internal affairs and with the aim to undermine stability of the states, they said in a statement issued on Tuesday.

They underscored necessity of respecting norms and principles of the international law in information space as well as speediest adoption of the universal rules, norms and principles of responsible actions by the state in this area.

The CSTO leaders believe one of the priorities of the world community is to free the world from the threat posed by weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear weapons. Further steps towards nuclear disarmament require engagement of all states, without exception, that have nuclear potential.

They expressed their support for prevention of arms race in space, promotion of the draft treaty on preventing the deployment of weapons in space and the use or threat of force against space objects.
