YEREVAN. – The Mayor of Yerevan, Taron Margaryan, attended the groundbreaking ceremony of a residential building that is under construction in the Armenian capital city.

The apartment building, which is being built with the funds provided by the “Help Your Brother” charitable foundation, is intended for Syrian-Armenian families who have settled in Yerevan.

“This is a social program, [and] with a sole ethical, political, and civil message,” specifically noted Lilit Galstyan, a member of the “Help Your Brother” Board of Trustees, at the event.

The 14-story residential building with 78 apartments is under construction on an around 600 square meters of land.
