YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s interstate and national roads are open for traffic as of Thursday at 9:30am, reported the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
But there is black ice on some sections of the Abovyan-Hrazdan Highway and the Vardenyats (Selim) Mountain Pass.
In addition, there is a snowstorm at the Vardenyats (Selim) Mountain Pass.
The road crews are scattering salt and sand on the motorways to ensure safe travel.
