YEREVAN. – Opening of the Armenian-Russian humanitarian response center is planned for next year, Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan said.
During the latest CSTO summit, President of Russia Vladimir Putin said a network of CSTO humanitarian centers will be established with the help of Russia, and the first center will open in Armenia.
The center will focus on prevention and elimination of consequences of the emergency situations.
