YEREVAN. – The most unfavorable event of the year is ratification of the treaty on Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union, MP from Heritage party Zaruhi Postanjyan said.
It is a historical fact that registers regress of the country, an event that did not receive proper response, she believes.
Postanjyan is convinced that conditioning accession to the Eurasian Union by security reasons is just a cause.
“Security is ensured when you are sovereign and independent. Russia and its partners – Belarus and Kazakhstan – do not care about our security. The Union with its present economy and management model will not succeed, but will be harmful for Armenia,” the MP added.
