YEREVAN. – ARF Dashnaktsutyun will not change its position in relation to system changes in Armenia during the upcoming political consultations, secretary of ARF Dashnaktsutyun faction Aghvan Vardanyan told reporters.

The MP said that the concept of constitutional reforms submitted on October 15, 2014 has an important task to overcome the political monopoly. The reforms will ensure the continuity of the democratic process of electing authority, while civil society will have an active role in the implementation of public control over the activities of government.
