Armenian Foreign Ministry commented on the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Spokesman Elkhan Polukhov’s statement.

“Mr. Polukhov once again demonstrates his lack of manners and ignorance making an attempt to conceal the lack of arguments,” RA Foreign Ministry first Press Secretary Arthur Sargsyan stated.

As NEWS.am reported previously, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry called absurd the statement by RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan on the liberation of Azerbaijan-occupied territories of Nagorno-Karabakh.

In February 2010 RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stressed the necessity of the liberation of NKR territories, occupied by Azerbaijan. Speaking of the consequences of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Nalbandian stated: “The problem of consequences has to be resolved along with that of causes of the conflict. All the problems must be resolved by means of negotiations and mutual agreements.”
