STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces around 300 times, on Monday and the early morning hours on Tuesday.
During this time, more than 4,500 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of different-caliber rifle weaponry, mine throwers and grenade launchers, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army reported.
The Defense Army vanguard units, however, confidently master the tactical operational situation on the frontlines, and they take retaliatory actions, if necessary, informed the NKR MOD press service.
