YEREVAN. – It is snowing, as of Wednesday at 9:30am, in Armenia’s Talin, Ashotsk, Aparan, Aragats, Stepanavan, Tashir, Vanadzor and Noyemberyan cities, reported the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
In addition, there is black ice on some sections of the highway nearby Charentsavan city, and the motorway at the Martuni city section of the Vardenyats (Selim) Mountain Pass.
The road crews are scattering salt and sand on the motorways to ensure safe travel.
