YEREVAN. – The non-pro-government Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) office has informed that the party’s eighth special congress will be convened on March 5 at the PAP Central Office.
According to the media reports, the convention may discuss the matter of whether PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan will take his leave and a new party leader will be elected.
