YEREVAN. – Members of Armenian parliament's standing committee on foreign affairs met with newly appointed Armenia's Ambassador to Iran Artashes Tumanyan.

They discussed issues related to Armenia-Iran relations, projects targeted at development of relations between the states.

Chairman Artak Zakaryan noted committee's readiness to support every initiative, especially that focused on development of parliamentary relations.

They also discussed humanitarian and cultural cooperation at parliamentary level as well as regional challenges.
