YEREVAN. – Armenia and EU are likely to sign a document in Riga during the upcoming Eastern Partnership summit in Riga, political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan believes.
During the Riga summit, a certain move will be made to fix relations between Armenia and EU.
“The document will not be called an association agreement, although this will be an association agreement without a treaty on free trade area,” Iskandaryan believes.
He is confident whatever happens in Riga, relations between Armenia and EU will continue.
“European Union is our largest trade partner, we have serious political ties, and in any event relations will continue,” he added.
