YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and his wife Rita were present at the consecration of St. Anna church in Yerevan.
The ceremony was conducted by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholocos of All Armenians.
St. Anna church and residence of the Catholicos in Yerevan were built thanks to benefactors Hirair and Anna Hovnanians and by architect Vahagn Movsisyan.
The construction works were completed in April 2015.
