STEPANAKERT. - Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan had meetings today with a number of European, US and Armenian observers who will conduct observation mission during the upcoming Parliamentary elections to be held on Sunday.

During the meeting questions related to state building, democratic and civil society building were discussed.  

President Sahakyan spoke of the importance of the international observers’ visit to Karabakh with the purpose of conducting observation mission during the elections, noting that it is useful and required for the country.
