The May 9 festivities in Russia, and on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, will be celebrated with more fanfare than ten years ago.

The chief of the Presidential Administration of Russia, Sergei Ivanov, told the above-said to Russia Today.

In his words, 15 thousand people will participate in the respective military parade, which will be held in historical and contemporary parts.

Ivanov also noted that military parades will be held in 150 cities, and not solely in Russia, but abroad.
