STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces around 400 times, from April 26 to May 2.
During this time, more than 7,000 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of rifle weaponry, grenade launchers and mine throwers, reported the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army.
The Defense Army vanguard units, however, adequately responded to the aggressive actions by the adversary, and they continued to confidently carry out their military watch, reported the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense.
