YEREVAN. – The health condition of an Armenian soldier injured in a military truck accident is improving, head of hospital at the Armenian Defense Ministry Aram Asaturyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Mher is in an intensive care department, but he is in a quite good condition and will soon start walking. As to other serviceman, Martiros, he has to undergo more surgeries.

As reported earlier, the military truck had rolled over at the Spitak city bends and fallen into a canyon on April 17. The driver of the truck, conscript Artyom Tovmasyan (born in 1995), had died as a result of the injuries he had sustained in the accident. Nine other soldiers were injured in the incident, and they have been transported from the Spitak hospital to the Armenian Ministry of Defense Central Clinical Military Hospital in capital city Yerevan.
