The Eastern Partnership (EaP) program of the European Union (EU) will certainly continue seeking the best avenues to show that the partner countries are welcome to EU membership, or integration.

The Prime Minister of Estonia, Taavi Rõivas, told the aforesaid to reporters in Riga, and along the lines of the EU EaP Summit held in the Latvian capital city.

Rõivas, speaking on Armenia’s and Azerbaijan’s further cooperation with the EU, noted that the EaP program is open.

“And that [i.e. cooperation], of course, depends on the given country’s choice as to which way it will go,” the Estonian PM said. “We have shown that we are very open.”
