YEREVAN. - Protest over electricity price hike in Yerevan’s Baghramyan Avenue is in its full swing at the moment. The street lights in the Avenue switched off while ago, following which protestors began to whistle and lighten the area by their mobiles. In a few minutes the lights were on again.
A group of politicians and show business stars have once again come to Yerevan’s Baghramyan Avenue to from a living wall between the police and protestors, as reported by Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.
It’s already the third day the politicians and stars have formed a living wall to prevent any clash between the police officers and protestors.
The protest in Baghramyan Avenue is going on at the moment.
