YEREVAN. – The Prime Minister of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan, chaired a special Cabinet meeting on Tuesday.

Guided by the Constitution of Armenia, the government has decided to motion to the President of the National Assembly (NA) to convene a special NA session on Thursday, and put but one matter on the session’s agenda: the ratification of the agreement between the Governments of Armenia and Russia, and with respect to the Russian government’s provision of a state export loan to the Armenian government.

“I would like to remind [you] that this agreement refers solely to technico-military cooperation,” noted the Government Chief of Staff-Minister, Davit Harutyunyan.
