From now on, all erotic e-books in Germany can only be on sale between 10pm and 6am.

An erotic e-book has sparked a sudden change in the rules for the purchasing of erotic e-books in Germany.

The controversial book in question has been revealed as a transgender memoir called “Schlauchegeluste.”

Translated from German, Schlauchgeluste is believed to mean “Pantyhose cravings.”

Complaints emerged after some people said the memoir should not be obtainable during the day in case for fear that children would read it, reported the Daily Mail.

Now, booksellers in Germany could be fined as much as €50,000 if they fail to comply with the new law on erotic e-books, reported Euromag.
