Azerbaijan is going to cut itself off Armenia.

Part of the Terter region villages by the subdivisions of the Armenian armed positions will be cut off by wall, haqqin.az reports, citing Report.  

The wall is constructed in front of several houses located on an extremely dangerous territory. The height of the wall will be on the level of house roofs.

This initiative is apparently agitational in nature, Azerbaijan being the main violator of the ceasefire. By means of statements on the construction of the wall, the Azerbaijani side is trying to shift its liability and accuse Armenia of violating the ceasefire.
