YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a report on Thursday at 9:29pm.
Accordingly, a traffic accident had occurred on the Nor Kesaria-Vanand motorway in the Armavir Province, a person was injured, and rescuers were needed.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.
It was found out that a vehicle had collided with a combine harvester and turned over on the Armavir-Nor Kesaria motorway.
Prior to the fire and rescue workers’ arrival at the scene, however, the driver of the car, R. Y., 47, had died en route to hospital.
