Another racist and hate speech has been added to those of Mayors member to Turkey’s Nationalist Movement (MHP) party.

According to the Istanbul-based Armenian newspaper “Agos,” Mayor of Adana and MHP member Hüseyin Sözlü attempted to offend the Armenian MPs on his Twitter page, using the name of Matild Manukyan, former Armenian owner of brothels in Turkey.

“Manukyan’s nephew residing in Adana is happy. The children of the three aunts have also entered the parliament through the Justice and Development, Republican People’s and People’s Democratic Parties. Regardless of how proud they are, it will still not be enough,” nationalist mayor of Adana wrote.

Twitter users strictly condemned this racist speech, following which the Mayor removed it, leaving another similar note: “We can’t be kind to those in Turkey’s parliament who say that “the Turks committed genocide.”
