YEREVAN. - Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a congratulatory message to President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Sargsyan congratulated him on occasion of the Revolution Day, a public holiday in Egypt.
