YEREVAN. - Wage arrears of 400-450 former workers of Armenia’s Nairit rubber plant have been fully cleared, Anush Harutyunyan, former spokeswoman of the plant, told Armenian News – NEWS.am. She said that the workers of the two workshops, who signed a withdrawal from receiving penalties for salary payment 7 days ago, were the ones who received their salaries today.
“The wage arrears of all the workers will be cleared by the end of the next week, as to the promise of the government. If yet one worker doesn’t receive his salary, we will stage a protest in front of the government building and will take radical measures,” she said.
