YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received information on Monday at 8:35am.
Accordingly, a vehicle—driven by S. A.—had gone off road on the M16 motorway in the area of Voskepar village in the Tavush Province, fallen into the Voskepar river, there was a pregnant woman inside the car, and assistance was needed.
A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.
Prior to the fire and rescue workers’ arrival at the scene, however, passenger A. Z., 23, was transferred to the Noyemberyan town medical center.
The physicians say the patient is in satisfactory condition.
