Russia has sent an intergovernmental agreement to Turkey on the first step thread of the Turkish Stream that is supposed to deliver Russian gas to Southern Europe, RIA Novosti reported quoting an Energy Ministry source.
According to the source, the remaining threads will be prepared and covered in intergovernmental agreements.
