Armenian Genocide photos and the unexpectedly found Renaissance fresco will be displayed during an exhibition in the Italian city of Brescia. The exhibition is held in the Museum of Sacred Art (Museum Sacrae Artis), the local newspaper Brescia Oggi reports.

According to the scientists, the author of the fresco could be Giovanni Pietro de Cemmo, who lived in XV-XVI centuries.  The fresco will be displayed during an exhibition entitled “Depository of Wonderful,” which will run in the museum till September 10.

Parallel with that, the museum hosts the photo exhibition “Flares of Apocalypses” in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, as well as the exhibition “ISIS: Blow of fear and horror.”
