YEREVAN. - No criminal charges have been filed over the actions of the Russian soldier, who broke the shop-window of a grocery store in Armenia’s city of Gyumri on July 20, as reported to Armenian News – NEWS.am by the Armenian police press-service.
According to the source, preparation of case files was turned down on July 30.
On July 20, Russian soldier Yuri Kapustin, 22, broke the shop window of a grocery store in Gyumri, being in a state of alcohol intoxication.
