YEREVAN. – Eighth—and final—phase of the “Come Home 2015” motherland visiting program for the Diaspora Armenian youth, and by the Ministry of the Diaspora of Armenia, was officially opened on Monday.

Around 65 young Armenians from twelve countries have arrived in Armenia to take part in this final phase.

First, Deputy Minister of Diaspora Serzh Srapionyan conveyed Minister Hranush Hakobyan’s welcoming remarks to the participants, and noted that 2015 is an anniversary year.

Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Diaspora, Firdus Zakaryan, also welcomed the “Come Home” participants, and presented them the schedule of their fourteen-day stay in the homeland.

Poetry was recited and dance was performed at the end of the opening ceremony.
