Over the weekend, the adversary continued to intensively violate the ceasefire on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, and by using rifle weaponry, artillery, and mine throwers.
Vanguard units of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army, however, took retaliatory actions to quell this “activeness” by the Azerbaijani side.
According to reliable sources, the adversary has sustained at least four casualties and more than fifteen injuries as a result of the ensuing exchange of fire.
The NKR Defense Army position holders continue to closely monitor across the frontline and confidently carry out their military task.
