On September 1, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, will travel to Azerbaijan on a working visit.

Lavrov will conduct talks with Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov, informed the press service of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The interlocutors will confer on matters of mutual interest that are on the bilateral and multilateral agenda, and the situation in the region.
