YEREVAN. - Armenia’s Justice Ministry is summing up the proposals of state authorities over the country’s constitutional reforms, acting Justice Minister Arsen Mkrtchyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am after the government session today.

“The proposals refer to defending rights and guaranteeing them by the Constitution, while part of them proposes to ascertain a number of legal terms,” Mkrtchyan said.  

The draft constitutional reforms have already been submitted to the parliament and will be discussed at the very first fall session. According to the parliament speaker Galust Sahakyan, referendum over the constitution’s new edition will be held by the end of fall.
