YEREVAN. – Four people were wounded from the adversary’s fire on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
Artsrun Hovhannisyan, the press secretary of the Minister of Defense of Armenia, told Armenian News-NEWS.am that three of the injured are civilians, whereas the other is a military serviceman.
“The civilians’ [health] condition is normal; they have minor injuries,” said Hovhannisyan. “[And] the military serviceman’s life is not in danger.”
He added that all four of them are in hospital.
The situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border is tense since Tuesday. Azerbaijan fires shots at the Armenian border villages, on a regular basis.
