The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group US Co-Chair, Ambassador James Warlick, posted the photograph of a mortar on his Twitter account.
“This is a 120mm mortar reportedly used in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” tweeted Warlick. “Such escalation in unacceptable.”
The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Ministry of Defense on Thursday released photographic evidence attesting to shelling by Azerbaijan.
