YEREVAN. - Meeting of the member states of the CIS Railway Transport Council Commission will take place in Yerevan on September 8, South Caucasus Railway CJSC press-service reports.
The session will be attended by the railway administration representatives of Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Estonia.
The main tasks of the Commission are, specifically, the establishment of single policy in the area of ensuring the movement security in the international railway communication, coordination of actions related to the movement security and preparation of proposals on increasing movement security in railway transport.
