YEREVAN. – Chairman of the public council at Armenian Defense Ministry Gegham Harutyunyan believes that new ceasefire agreement is needed if Azerbaijan continues provocations.
The existing mechanism of respecting ceasefire is not justified, and therefore there is a need for a new agreement, Harutyunyan told reporters on Tuesday.
The end of September was marked by intensive ceasefire violation cases resulted in killing of three Armenian civilians and four servicemen of Karabakh army.
