YEREVAN. – The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 481.76/$1 in Armenia on Friday; this is up by AMD 0.88 from Thursday.
The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 518.23 (up by AMD 3.02), that of one British pound was AMD 733.48 (up by AMD 3.26), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.24 (down by AMD 0.07), informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.
In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 222.89, AMD 16,842.68 and AMD 13,614.78, respectively.
The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Friday.
