Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders awarded Charles Aznavour with one of Belgium’s highest awards, the Order of the Crown, reported the Тelebruxelles website of the country.

World-renowned French Armenian singer, songwriter, actor, public activist, and diplomat Charles Aznavour (born Shahnour Vaghinag Aznavourian) received this second highest Belgian order ahead of his concert in capital city Brussels.

Back in 2004, then 80-year-old Aznavour was awarded with another Belgian medal, the Order of Leopold.
