The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Saturday sent condolences to President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta of Mali.

Sargsyan extended his commiseration in connection with the terrorist act that occurred inside the Radisson Blu Hotel in capital city Bamako, and which claimed numerous lives.

“We strongly condemn this atrocious terrorism, and extend our support to the government and people of Mali.

“I extend sincere condolences to the relatives of the dead, wishing [them] fortitude and valor, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” the Armenian President’s message states, in particular.
