Russia’s Rosneft has acquired the Petrol Market, filling station network in Armenia, for $40. Rosneft informed about the transaction today, Neftegaz.RU writes.
According to the company representatives, Rosneft concluded a transaction on acquiring 100% share of Petrol Market in August 2015. The Armenian company owns a network of filling stations and tank farms in Armenia.
